张丽,2014年3月在西安电子科技大学获得集成电路与系统设计专业工学硕士,2014年9月在德国慕尼黑工业大学电子设计自动化研究中心攻读博士学位,2018年1月至今在该中心进行博士后研究工作。在3年博士攻读期间,她以第一作者发表论文7篇,其中5篇EDA领域顶级会议,2篇CCF-A类期刊。她的论文在2016年EDA领域顶级会议 Design Automation Conference被提名为最佳论文;在2016年她同时获得了ACM EDA领域博士生研究竞赛银奖。
Dr Zhang’s research interests include high-performance and lower-power digital circuit design, as well as emerging IC systems. The key contents of her talk are as follows: with the increasing process variations at the nodes that are designed by nanometre technologies, to satisfy the demanding requirements on timing of sequential circuits becomes extremely important before manufacturing. Without careful timing design, the chips may function inappropriately or fail at the given clock periods. Advanced methods ranging from the design phase to the test phase have been proposed. This talk will give an overview of the methods we proposed at the Institute for Electronic Design Automation of TDM, and share our discoveries and experience. The targeted audience include 3rd/4th year undergraduate students, postgraduate students and researchers in IC system design.
