From October 24 to 26, the 17th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems (ICSPS 2025) was held in Chengdu. The conference was hosted by UESTC, organized by the State Key Laboratory of Signal Blind Processing, and co-organized by Jiangsu University of Science and Technology, Southwest Jiaotong niversity, and the Biomedical Measurement Division of the Chinese Society of Biomedical Engineering. Technical support was provided by IEEE. Nearly 400 experts, scholars, technical professionals, and young researchers from multiple countries and regions attended the event.
