The team currently has 13 faculty members, including 6 professors and 7 associate professors. In recent years, the team has won 2 second-class and 2 third-class ministerial/provincial Science and Technology Progress Awards, published 4 textbooks and monographs, and authored over 500 academic papers. The team is currently undertaking 6 NSFC (National Natural Science Foundation of China) key and general projects, as well as 7 industry-sponsored collaborative projects. Key research areas include adaptive space-time signal processing, environment-aware interference and clutter suppression, target detection and parameter estimation theory and algorithms, and new-regime radar systems such as cognitive radar and MIMO radar.
