Founded in January 2018, School of Information and Communication Engineering (SICE) combines the second-level discipline of communication and information system of the former School of Communication and Information Engineering and the second-level discipline of signal and information processing of the former School of Electrical Engineering. It comprises the Department of Communication Engineering, Department of Network Engineering, Department of Internet of Things Engineering, Department of Electronic Engineering, and Department of Information Engineering. In the fourth round of discipline evaluation released by the Ministry of Education, the discipline of Information and Communication Engineering was rated as A+.

II. Recruitment Scope
- Fresh graduates (who have met the basic requirements for defending a doctoral dissertation), postdoctoral fellows, qualified overseas returnees, and other types of outstanding talents.
III. Basic Application Conditions:
1. Support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, abide by laws and regulations, love higher education, possess good ideological and political qualities, professional ethics, upright conduct, and adhere to academic norms.
2. Generally, age should not exceed 45 for full professors, 40 for associate professors, and 35 for junior faculty. Applicants must hold a doctoral degree, have undergone complete and systematic academic and research training at domestic and foreign universities, research institutions, or enterprise R&D institutions, achieved outstanding academic results in the discipline, and demonstrated good academic potential and innovation capabilities. Requirements may be relaxed for those with particularly outstanding academic potential.
